About
Reverend Ann Baines, or “Sister Ann” as she was so affectionately called, was an anointed woman of God who served the nations and was a spiritual mother to many in the body of Christ. She experienced God’s gift of salvation and grace in 1971 and never looked back.

Recognizing that children are our hope for the future, Sister Ann spent 13 years as a youth pastor before beginning her training as an evangelist and later commissioned by the Holy Spirit in 1978 to go to the nations.
In 1984, God birthed Cross Country World Missions. Her first mission trip was to the Philippines, then Jamaica, and after that, she went on to minister in over 80 countries. Sister Ann helped build 48 churches in Africa and 59 churches in Jamaica, Slovakia, Argentina, Russia, and Kyrgyzstan, as well as orphanages in Kyrgyzstan and Kenya.
On August 6, 2014, Judith Ann Baines, at the age of 72, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Sister Ann's legacy for Cross Country World Missions is to continue the work she began through the faithful support of people who share her vision to reach the lost in these last days.
